Sterling farms can stand behind all of our products with full traceability, from the farm to your table. Sterling farming meets all the requirements for legal trade in international caviar and sturgeon products, having full CITES (Convention of International Trade in Endangered Species) permits. Sturgeon caviar is best known for its buttery creaminess, light nutty flavor, and hints of crisp seawater.
Produced and processed in our Northern California farm under exacting and controlled conditions in accordance to HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point) certified by the Food and Drug Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Seafood Inspection Program and State of California Depart of Health Services.
