Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is free for any order over $500. For orders under $500 there is a shipping fee of $30.00.  There is an additional $15.00 fee for Saturday delivery.
Do you ship international orders?
We do not ship internationally due the restrictions on caviar exports imposed by CITES.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not share any of your information with any other company, nor do we sell your email address or anything of that nature. Your contact information may be used for holiday promotions our exclusive Caviar Club promotions, if applicable.
Will my order stay fresh during shipping?
Yes, we carefully pack each precious order so that it may travel for up to three days while still staying fresh.
How will my order stay fresh during shipping?
We pack each of our orders with frozen gel ice which keeps your order cold and fresh during shipment.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
No, UPS will only deliver to a physical address.
I live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, can you ship there?
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.
Do you require someone to sign for the package at delivery?
No, UPS does not require a signature for delivery. Please make sure that there is an adequate place for your product to be delivered to. Many customers ask us to deliver our products to their workplace so that they can more easily receive our caviar. Let us know the best arrangement for you.
Do you ship on national holidays?
We do not ship on National Holidays, since couriers do not ship on national holidays.
What delivery days can I select for my order?
We deliver Tuesday thru Saturday via overnight service. Please have your order to us by 1PM Pacific Time the day prior to your requested delivery date so that we may allow enough time to carefully select your product and ship it to you.
Why don’t you deliver overnight on Monday?
Monday delivery is not available because we are closed weekends and only ship via overnight delivery service to ensure the quality of our caviar.
Can I select a Saturday delivery date?
Yes you can, there is however an additional $15.00 fee for Saturday delivery.
Can I track my order status?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed for shipment.
My tin of caviar leaked an oily substance, is this normal?
Yes, during transportation there is a pressure change and this causes the caviar oil to leak from the tin.
