At Sterling Caviar LLC, we don't expect you to provide any personal information unless you decide to place an order. So, you don't have to sign up as a customer until you've picked out the items you want and created an order.You create an order by selecting an item and clicking Add to Your Order. When you have done this, click Your Order on the left frame. On the order, check that all the items that you have picked are included and that the quantity is correct. If you are satisfied with the content of your order, click Purchase to approve the order. The Sign Up/Sign In window will appear. Click Sign Up. Now you must register as a customer. When you have filled in the registration fields, click Submit. Your order will now be processed.
As soon as we have received your registration, we will notify you by e-mail. This e-mail will contain a user ID and a password for future shopping with Sterling Caviar Store. We assign a password to start you up but you can change your password to one you are more familiar with from the YOUR ACCOUNT page.
The next time you want to enter Sterling Caviar Store, you can start your shopping by signing in with your customer ID and your password. You will not only have access to our products but also to your previous orders and your accounts.
How to Place an Order
If you have browsed through our products and found an item you like, you can easily place an order. You can add your choice to your order by clicking Add to Your Order.To view your current order status, click Your Order. Now you can change your order. To remove an item from your order, click Remove Item. If you want to change the quantity of one of the listed items, change the number in the Quantity field. If you change a quantity, remember to click Update Total.
How to Make a Purchase
When you are satisfied with your order, click Purchase. If you haven't signed in as a customer you will now have to either sign in or sign up. If you have shopped with us before, you must use your assigned customer ID and password to sign in. If you are a new customer, you must sign up. When you have filled in the registration form with the necessary information, enter your credit card information, and confirm your order by clicking Submit.If you are a new customer, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as we have received your registration. This e-mail will contain a user ID and a password for future shopping with Sterling Caviar Store.
You will receive an e-mail when we have received your order and another e-mail when it has been confirmed.
